LambSoft, Inc. was a software technology company with a 20 year history in the computer animation production business that appears to have gone out of business in 2002. LambSoft developed and marketed high quality motion tools for leading computer animators and technical directors in the video game, Internet animation and entertainment industries.
ProMotion is a full feature animators tool-kit for working with motion capture data and supports the C3D file format as well as many other popular motion capture file formats. As a plug-in to 3D Studio MAX, it allows the user to clean, filter, and edit motion capture data, to apply the data to any character, blend the moves together, and change the timing of sequences. It reads and writes a large number of animation formats in addition to reading and writing C3D files.
